By accessing and using Velro's AI-powered cinematic tools and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Velro provides AI-powered tools for directors, creators, and filmmakers including but not limited to:

• Style Stacks for pre-production visualization
• Character consistency tools for scene creation
• Custom preset looks and cinematic filters
• AI-assisted script-to-screen workflows
• Cloud-based project management and collaboration tools

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to immediately notify Velro of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Velro's services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Content created using Velro's AI tools belongs to the user, subject to our underlying technology rights. Users retain ownership of their original creative input and the final output generated through our platform.

Velro retains all rights to its proprietary AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our core technology.

5. Usage Limitations and Restrictions

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or offensive content creation
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

9. Changes to Terms

Velro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
